We just completed our first TGB in-house training with Sarah, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment she arrived, Sarah was incredibly professional, organised, knowledgeable and prepared. She arrived right on time and brought so many products, tools and educational materials for our nail technicians to learn from and practise with.

What impressed us most was the level of detail in her education. She answered all of our questions and carefully explained proper product application, what to avoid during application, how to prevent common mistakes, and how understanding nail anatomy and nail health can help us achieve safer, cleaner and longer-lasting results.

Another huge plus was that Sarah was able to provide the training in both English and Spanish. Having a bilingual educator made such a difference for our team. She made sure everyone fully understood the information, felt included, and was comfortable asking questions in the language they felt most confident speaking.

Sarah has such a wonderful personality. She is sweet, patient, approachable and an excellent educator. She created an environment where our entire team felt comfortable asking questions, learning and practising. By the end of the training, our technicians felt more confident, motivated and excited to improve their application techniques.

We are 100% confident that we are going to see a difference in the quality and consistency of our work after this training. Our only wish is that the course could have been even longer. There was so much valuable information, and we wanted to keep learning.
