About me

Hey, I’m Zara, the National Educator for The GelBottle Inc, and I’ve been part of the nail and beauty industry since 2012.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience working in department stores, spas and salons, before running my own nail business between 2019 and 2023. I started out mobile before moving into a studio space, which gave me invaluable insight into both client care and business growth within the industry.

I’ve always had a genuine passion for nails and education, and I strongly believe that learning never stops — no matter how long you’ve been in the industry. I love expanding my knowledge, refining techniques and sharing that learning with others.

I first discovered my passion for teaching in 2016 while working in a salon, supporting new nail technicians as they built confidence and developed their skills. That same year, I completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training, which opened the door to my journey into education.

Today, I feel incredibly proud to be part of TGB, travelling across the UK, meeting talented technicians and helping support them as they grow their skills, confidence and careers within the nail industry.

About Training Venue

I am proud to deliver training across multiple TGB Academy locations, including our Brighton Headquarters, Aston & Fincher Birmingham, and Chris and Sons Enfield.

Brighton HQ is the home of The GelBottle Inc and offers a premium training environment designed to support both beginners and advanced technicians. Training here allows students to fully immerse themselves in the TGB brand, and learn within a purpose-built academy setting alongside our wider education team.

Alongside HQ, I deliver training quarterly at Aston & Fincher Birmingham, making TGB education more accessible for technicians based in the Midlands and surrounding areas. This location features a dedicated training room within the store, creating a professional and welcoming learning environment. Students also have the convenience of purchasing products on the day of training, alongside the added benefit of free parking.

I also host courses at Chris and Sons Enfield, our North London training location. With a purpose-built training room situated within their HQ store, this venue allows us to deliver Academy education in a well-equipped, professional retail setting. Technicians attending training can easily access and purchase products in-store, and the location also offers free parking for students travelling to attend.

Across all venues, students can expect supportive, hands-on learning experiences designed to help nail technicians grow their skills, confidence, and career opportunities within the industry.
