About me

My name is Doyin and I’m a session manicurist/nail artist from the DMV. I started doing my own nails at 11 when my mom would take me to the salon with her but wouldn’t let me get my nails done because I had no money. I started a press-on nail business in 2020 as a senior in college because I didn’t have the time to spend Saturdays painting my nails with nail polish. Discovering gel polish was life changing. I became a professional nail tech in 2022 and joined the fashion industry in 2023.

I want my students to know that as an educator, I am willing to help you with anything you need. If you’re willing to learn and put in the effort, I will help you with anything until you have it down. Rome wasn’t built in a day and good nails aren’t created instantly.
