About me

Hi everyone, my name is Erica De Los Santos.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and licensed cosmetology educator in the state of New Jersey, certified to teach all things hair, skin, and of course nails. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, starting at a time when traditional polish dominated the nail world and watching the industry evolve into the advanced gel systems and structured manicures we work with today.

I’m also the owner of Nail’d It Beauty Lounge in New Jersey, where I focus on creating an elevated salon experience built around quality service, strong technical foundations, and continued education. Alongside my work in the salon, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a celebrity and editorial nail artist, collaborating on photoshoots, fashion projects, and with talent across the beauty and entertainment industries.

Education has always been a huge passion of mine. As an educator, my goal is not only to teach technique but also to help nail professionals understand product chemistry, nail health, and the business side of the beauty industry, so they can build sustainable and successful careers.

What drew me to The Gel Bottle is the innovation behind the products and the performance they deliver behind the chair. Systems like BIAB give nail artists the control, strength, and reliability we need to create beautiful results while maintaining the integrity of the natural nail.
